Job summary
Reporting to the Awarding Organisation (AO) Systems Manager, the Systems Support Officer will play an important role working across departments. This is a busy and varied role, interacting with customers (internal and external) and working to tight deadlines to support the day to day operation of SFJ Awards and the ongoing maintenance and development of the online systems by which we manage and report on centre and learner/apprentice data and increasingly, provide self-service and automated solutions for a variety of processes.
This role requires someone who is a self-starter with well-developed technical skills, IT expertise, administrative, communication and customer service skills, particularly in the use of data systems, with an appetite to learn and develop system administrator level expertise.
Sheffield Office with hybrid working available.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. Full time (37.5 hrs) permanent role.
