Working with us

The Workforce Development Trust group is made up of talented, sector specialists and corporate services that, together, improve the lives of thousands of individuals by supporting employers to improve skills and enhance jobs across a range of industries. We’re continually seeking like-minded, passionate people to join us.

Workforce passion

Every day, we support people across the UK and internationally in understanding and developing employee skills and knowledge. We work with NHS and health and care staff, police, fire and rescue services, the armed forces, local governments and national skills bodies. Working at The Workforce Development Trust, you can help our public services to be the best they can be.

The Trust – and our brands – are just the right size that you can make a real difference through the work you do, and big enough to have impact that lasts.

25 holiday days per year, increasing to 28 for each year of service, and a discretionary Christmas closure providing additional annual leave.

Flexible working with 50% office and 50% remote (from UK) and staggered hours to suit your work/life balance.

Buy up to 3 extra holiday days per holiday year, with the cost spread across 10 months.

Access
to a confidential employee assistance programme, annual flu vaccinations, eye tests, and wellbeing resources.

Aviva company pension scheme with matched employer contributions of up to 6% monthly, and death in service 3 x annual salary.

Company away days, monthly social events, and a generous professional development policy.

Flexible perks through Perkbox – discounts on hundreds of products and a cycle to work scheme.

We also try and include small things that make our workspaces more fun to be in – like free ice cream in our freezer and weekly fruit baskets, workplace social events, Christmas parties, and an annual all staff away day (where people from all our offices come together!)
