The UK’s Sector Skills Council for health

Skills for Health are an integral part of The Workforce Development Trust group, taking our charitable objectives to the health and social care sectors throughout the UK.

As the Sector Skills Council for health, the team within Skills for Health provide workforce development, leadership and organisational development, eLearning and learning management solutions, digital rostering management, national critical workforce research and much more that is recognised by the UK’s leading health authorities.

Skills for Health work closely with national bodies to support and inform healthcare workforce reforms, people development strategies, national healthcare apprenticeship standards, and are recognised as nationally leading experts in healthcare workforce challenges.

The team delivers a range of products and services working alongside the likes of Health Education England, NHS England, Department of Health and Social Care, Health Education, and Improvement Wales, and more.
